Experiences with Distributed Scrum

I will present some of our experiences in running multiple Scrum teams & projects across a wide set of geographies. I will give the good and bad points associated with the distributed approach from my perspective as managing the whole process.

Dr. Mike Williams is an applied maths PhD who has over 25 years experience in the software industry, from start-ups to NASDAQ quoted Companies. He has introduced, coached and mentored Agile development teams using Scrum since 2005 and is currently Head of Development in EMEA and Chief Software Architect for Bottomline Technologies Inc.as well as an independent consultant and Architect though his own company, QixSoft Limited.
